Your Car Donation Earns A Great Tax Deduction
After your vehicle sells at auction, we mail your tax receipt reflecting the sale price. If the selling price is less than $500, you can claim the fair market value up to $500. If the sales price is above $500, you can claim the full amount.

Rhode Island car donors have helped Car Donation Foundation d/b/a Wheels For Wishes raise over $192 million for charities across the country since 2010, and we are truly grateful for the generosity this community continues to show. Wheels For Wishes is not currently making donations to Make-A-Wish chapters in the Rhode Island service area. Proceeds from Rhode Island vehicle donations currently benefit other children's wish & hospital charities supporting children and families in need.
