Step 1: Start Your Car Donation
Fill out our online donation form or call us at 1-888-689-9474. All we need is your vehicle information and contact details — it takes less than a minute. Our friendly representatives are available any time to answer questions and get your donation scheduled at a time that works for you.

Step 2: We Pick Up Your Vehicle For Free
We will contact you within 24 hours of the next business day to schedule your free pickup — often sooner. We come to you wherever your vehicle is located, whether that is your home, office, or a storage facility. There is no towing fee and no cost to you at any point in the process.
Before pickup, simply remove your personal belongings from the vehicle. You do not need to clean it, repair it, or fill the gas tank. We handle everything else.
Step 3: Receive Your Tax-Deductible Receipt
After your vehicle sells at auction, we will mail your tax-deductible receipt reflecting the final sale value. You will use this on your 1098-C form when filing your taxes. If your vehicle sells for under $500, you may claim fair market value up to that amount. If it sells for more, your deduction reflects the actual sale price.
