CAR DONATION FOUNDATION DONOR APPRECIATION GIFT CARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

1.1 These rules apply to Car Donation Foundations’ (hereinafter referred to as CDF) Donor Gift Card Appreciation Program.

1.2 Donors who fully complete and finalize a motor vehicle donation though CDF’s Wheels for Wishes program before 12/31/2019 and who meet the eligibility requirements as listed below are eligible to receive a $50 Gift Card valid for use on amazon.com. A valid amazon.com account may be required to utilize the gift card.

1.3 The Donor Gift Card Appreciation Program is CDF’s way to thank donors for their generous car donations to Wheels for Wishes. Make-A-Wish is not responsible for the Gift Card Program and it does not administer the program. All questions regarding the Gift Card Program should be directed to Wheels for Wishes.

2. Eligibility and Restrictions

2.1 To be eligible to receive the Gift Card a donor must:

(a) Be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United States or other country (proof of address or age may be required)

(b) Gift Card recipient’s must not be our employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organization involved in the running of Gift Card Program , and you must not be a family relation of any such person.

(d) Comply with the Motor Vehicle Title requirements in Section 4.

2.2 Limit of ONE gift card per person or address.

3. Start and Closing Dates

3.1 CDF may start and conclude this Donor Gift Card Appreciation Program at any time in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Donor Appreciation Gift Card Program at CDF’s sole discretion.

3.2 Any car donations pending prior to the start of the Gift Card program or submitted after the closing of the Gift Card program will not be entitled to participate in the Gift Card Program.

4. Motor Vehicle Title Requirements

4.1 The vehicle being donated must be accompanied by a valid signed transferable title.

4.2 Title must be lien free or accompanied by a valid lien release document.

4.3 Donations requiring duplicate documents or assistance from Wheels for Wishes to obtain transferable documents do not qualify for the CDF Gift Card Program Gift Card Procedure

5. Gift Card Procedure

5.1 Participation is optional and may decrease the amount a donor is entitled to claim as charitable tax deduction in relation to the donation. To opt-out, donate your vehicle by phone and tell the representative that you do not want a gift card.

5.2 Donors who elect to participate in the program must select a gift card type (physical card or e-card). Selection of a gift card type signifies that the donor agrees to participate in the program and agrees to these terms and conditions. A valid email address or mailing address must be provided.

5.3 Following completion of all necessary car donation procedures, reasonable efforts will be made to deliver to the donor a Gift Card. Gift card processing may take up to 30 days. CDF does not guaranty delivery of the gift cards and is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered Gift Cards. If the donor fails to respond to our notification attempts or provide an address for delivery of the Gift Card prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the donation terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that donor from the Gift Card Program.

5.4 No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. the Gift Card is the only donor appreciation gift available.
