What can be more exciting than helping kids? How about helping kids while taking in a fantastic circus experience? That’s what Make-A-Wish Hawaii is offering on Saturday, Sept. 14.

The Pacific Aviation Museum (Hanger 79) is hosting Cirque du Wish! Cirque du Wish! is an “all-white” gala celebration that gathers hundreds of prominent members of the local community and raises awareness and wish funding for local keiki (children) and their families.

Make-A-Wish Hawaii is celebrating more than 30 years of granting wishes in the Islands. While Make-A-Wish Hawaii has aided more than 800 children in getting their wish since 1982, it also helps children from the mainland. More than 650 Wish Kids chose a trip to Hawaii as their wish, and Make-A-Wish Hawaii is there to assist in those visits as well. Don’t miss all the action and excitement!

Lots Of Ways To Support Cirque du Wish!

Attending Cirque du Wish starts with requesting a formal invitation, but if you are looking for other ways to get involved, consider becoming an event sponsor. There are several different sponsorship opportunities: the $25,000 Big Top Circle; Grandstand Guild for $15,000; Wish Maker at $10,000; Wish Sponsor for $5,000; and Wish Partner for $3,500.

Help Make-A-Wish In Other Ways

Certainly you won’t want to miss the fun and excitement of Cirque du Wish. However, if you can’t make it, there are other ways to support the great cause that Make-A-Wish is. If you have an unwanted boat, car, truck or RV, you should consider donating it to Wheels For Wishes, benefiting Make-A-Wish Hawaii.

When you donate an unwanted vehicle to Wheels For Wishes, vehicles are picked up or towed away, at no charge to you, and they are either recycled and reused or auctioned off to a new owner. Earned proceeds from recycling or auctioning vehicles are then donated to Make-A-Wish Hawaii. Plus, you get a great tax deduction at the same time. Car donation is a win-win for all.

To donate a car to Wheels For Wishes, please call 1-877-431-9474 or fill out our quick online vehicle donation form. Both methods only take a few moments of your time but can mean the world to a child with a wish.
